Meditation will help you develop clarity and wisdom, gaining a greater understanding of life. You can experience inner peace and lasting happiness by reawakening your natural spiritual consciousness. We’re sure you’ll agree that less worry, less stress and more spaciousness is a goal worth pursuing.
You will learn how to find a comfortable seat to meditate, experience through practice different meditation techniques.
At the end you will have an idea of which technique works best for you to start your daily meditation habit for a calmer life.

Anyone wanting to cultivate the tools to help them meditate to release stress and improve, physical and mental well-being.
This Meditation Fundamentals Workshop includes teachings and discussion on meditation and is a stepping stone to our 6 week meditation course. Please dress comfortably, and bring a pen. Mats and props are provided, however feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, bolster, eye pillow and anything else you require to be comfortable.
