We understand how hard it is to find time for SELF, to keep fit, healthy and happy in between school drop off, work, house and after school activities.
Living a healthy, happy lifestyle is important to us, because we want our children to grow up with this instilled in them, that this is the way life is.
We have been offering small group classes, teaching to the individual for over 6 years now in Holland Park. At One Family we design each class for EVERYBODY no matter how big or small.
If you think that you can’t do yoga or fitness classes because you’re not flexible enough, not fit enough, don’t have time, too old, young, big, small or injured, THINK AGAIN! We promise you that you will leave our classes feeling great – body, mind and spirit.
We also offer a range of Yoga Trainings, whether it is just for your own personal development or you want a change in career and want to teach yoga we have you covered.
We’re all about family
One Family Yoga & Fitness opened in October of 2012, created by Lainie and Victor with the whole family in mind.
We offer a wide range of classes from Bootcamp to Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Judo, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative & Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga classes, Family Yoga, Mums & Bubs, Mums & Tots, along with Yoga classes for preschool and school aged children.
Our Yoga Teacher Trainings are an integral part of the community and self development and these are offered on both weekday and weekend to fit in with Family and Work for balance.
We are proud to have created a beautiful community of family-oriented people who just happen to enjoy yoga and fitness too.
Thanks to our community, which includes families from Holland Park, Tarragindi, Carindale, Coorparoo, Greenslopes, Mt Gravatt, Wishart, Camp Hill, Carina, Annerley & Mansfield we continue to grow as a family business.
What style of yoga do we teach?
Our experienced teachers teach, Hatha yoga with modern adaptations to cater to the individual needs of each student in our small class setting. REAL YOGA FOR REAL PEOPLE.
What kind of fitness classes do we have?
Our Bootcamp, Judo and Pilates classes are taught by Dad, Victor, made up of mums and dads like you and me who just want to stay fit and healthy to be able to run around with our kids and feel good. (We leave the stripping, bulking and quick fixes to others)
