Yoga Workshops and Course are a great way to deepen your understanding of yoga and build on what is learnt in class. Workshops are designed to inform and educate as well as offer an opportunity for like minded people to join the Body Yoga community.
Our full and half day Retreats are scheduled regularly throughout the year and offer a space to share time and knowledge with other like minded people. Our Yoga & Wellness Retreats provide a unique opportunity to take time out from the busyness of life to feel nourished and grounded once more. Retreats are a great way to be nurtured, re-energised and deepen your yoga knowledge.
